Brief Description of Event: The “3rd IPS UP State Conference” was conducted on 22nd and 23rd February 2025 at Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental & Medical Sciences,Lucknow .This two-day event promised an enriching experience , featured keynote lectures,hands-on courses,and vibrant trade exhibition.
The primary aim of this event was to provide a platform for faculty members and Students to:
- Present their latest research findings.
- Engage in scholarly discussions with peers.
- Receive constructive feedback from experts.
Faculty members & Students from Department of Prosthodontics & Crown and Bridge, BBDCODS, participated in this academic event to present their research work and engage in insightful discussions.

Dr Manoj Upadhyay, Professor and Head Dept of Prosthodontics & Crown and Bridge, was honored for his dedication to academic excellence, mentorship, and advancements in prosthodontic care. His invaluable contributions have shaped the future of the field and inspired countless students and professionals &Dr. Garima Agarwal ,Professor was also honoured for her outstanding contributions to dental education, research, and clinical excellence at the Conference .
Keynote Address:
Dr. Garima Agarwal shared her insights on “Prosthodontic Management of Residual Ridge Resorption,” wherein she addressed the challenges and innovative approaches in managing this critical aspect of dental prosthetics. Her expertise provided valuable knowledge and practical solutions to enhance patient care in prosthodontics.

Student Poster Presentations:
Dr. Priyanshi (MDS II yr) and Dr. Sanjana (MDS II yr) won 1st prize in the poster presentation at the 3rd IPS UP State Conference at Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental & Medical Sciences, Lucknow.
Dr. Mayuri Bundela (MDS III yr) and Dr. Astha Paliwal (MDS I yr) secured 2nd prize in the poster presentation.
